Check Your Eligibility for Standard Installation
Most homes qualify for a standard installation, but it’s worth checking first.
You’re likely eligible if:
- The charger is within 10 metres of your electricity supply.
- The wall is suitable (e.g. brick or plaster).
- Your electrical system can support the charger.
- No major additional work is needed
If these apply, your installation should be standard. If not, extra costs may apply depending on the complexity.

Not Eligible for Standard Installation? No Problem
If your setup doesn’t meet the standard installation criteria, you can still go ahead and book.
Once booked, our installation partner will contact you and ask you to complete a short survey (usually via photos or video). This helps assess what additional work may be required, such as extra cabling or electrical upgrades.
If needed, a clear quote for the additional work will be provided, which you can review and settle directly with the installer before installation goes ahead.
